To maintain and expand its advantages and enhance its international competitiveness, it still needs to continue to make efforts.
Wang Xiaohui stressed that the journey of building a film power has begun, and Chinese films are still in a golden period of development, with bright prospects, promising future and great prospects. We should work hard to build a high-quality film dedicated to the centenary of the founding of the Party, work hard to select good themes, tell good stories, and make high-quality films, encourage multi subject and multi type creation, and strive to build a Chinese film brand. We should improve the quality and efficiency of the industry, effectively stimulate the momentum of film development, expand and strengthen the main body of the film market, deepen the reform of state-owned film enterprises, support the development of private film enterprises, improve the construction level of film bases (parks), deepen the reform of film distribution and screening, and accelerate the development of film technology and special effects. We should take multiple measures to stabilize the market, fully tap and release the potential of film consumption, optimize the market regulation mechanism, continue to focus on the construction of urban cinemas, expand the rural market, expand the international market, extend the film industry chain, standardize the order of the film market, and promote mutual "empowerment" online and offline. We need to strengthen organizational leadership, strengthen policy support, strengthen financial support, strengthen talent training, adhere to the standards of virtue and artistry, give full play to the role of the Professional Ethics Construction Committee in the film industry, and gather the resultant force of film's strong recovery and development.
